About Auston

My journey in fitness didn't start in a textbook—it started on the field as a competitive athlete pushing my body to its limits. But like many athletes, I learned a hard truth: you can't outwork poor recovery. Burnout taught me what years of training couldn't.

That experience transformed how I approach fitness today. I don't just train clients—I build sustainable systems that honor both effort and rest, intensity and intention.

My philosophy is simple: strength matters, but so does mobility. Performance matters, but so does longevity. Whether you're training for competition or simply want to move better and feel stronger, my approach focuses on building a body that performs now and lasts for decades.
